For $10, I can take your written content (script) and convert it into a video with background music and all. The video will match the content.
I use a high quality text-to-speech program, which I then edit in Audacity to give it a better, more clear and easy to understand sound. After the audio is all mixed, I edit the video in my video editing software.
This gig only covers videos up to 10 min long, and it will be delivered within 1-2 days.
All stock videos and audio tracks are free for commercial purposes.
