DONOT BUY FROM HIM. This Guy is a FALSE PERSON. He said its a double OPT-IN list - ALL FALSE. I purchased 20,000 Email ID list. After cleaning it was found that 19,831 Emails didnot exist (They were Fake Email ids that were NOT present) - Which means 99.9% of the list he sold me was FAKE. DONOT BUY FROM HIM. [
