Youtube Subscribers long term

I want 3000 Real Youtube subscribers from the USA only. Then additional Youtube subscribers drip fed another 3000 per month for $7.00 per month. Also, I will use your services for youtube views and likes as my new supplier for multiple clients if the price is right long term. I also need facebook services too. I would like to get everything from 1 supplier if possible but, not mandatory.
