I need it fast! Don't want to have to wait 5+ days before I can use it..

I need it to have lots of RAM! The more the better. Around 4-8 GB of RAM.

Needs to be running Windows and provide remote login.

Also unlimited bandwidth.

Must be allowed to use traffic scripts nothing major!
