Want to rent 100 of windows VPSs for one month

Hello,

I would like to rent a hundred of Windows VPSs for 1 month, configuration between 512M/1G RAM + 20 GB hard disk.

and a garantee of 15 days is mandatory to submit a bid.

If anyone can provide an azure account with 200$ sold for a maximum of 20 $ than it's ok.
