Redesign the Style of my Script

Hello,

I have a URL Shortener script that I want to redesign.

The script is in PHP. Here are the changes that need to be done:
1- Make the style completely different from the original and should be very attractive and easy to use.
2- Make the additional options as a drop down so only additional options are shown when the drop down is clicked.
3- Make the style smaller so that every thing shows in the page without scrolling down please keep room also for at least 3 ads.
4- Change the script language direction from left to right to be compatible for Arabic language.
5- Remove script copyright.
