All pages must be have same responsive mobile design how is original web page.
All fields data + IP address visitor must be saved in hosting text file and sent at specified email address.
All fields are required and validated email address as email address ,
wallet ID format as (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx where x is
alpha text lowercase and numbers) and passwords must contain more than
4 characters text.
