It should like be any other typical PTC website where users can earn by clicking ads, can purchase advertisement packages, can buy or rent referrals etc. I will provide you with the domain and hosting. But I dont have the script. You are free to use any script that you are comfortable with but it should include the above mentioned features.
The fully functional, tested and complete website should be handed over to me within 7 days from the date of final order placement. The bidders should specifically mention what will be their requirements for the project and when can they deliver the completed project.
