I can't make your current design responsive. But if you want to re-built the site using wordpress, I can help you. Or better to contact with the developer who develop the site. Without making a responsive site, you can't pass google test. good luck.

If your site isn't responsive, then you can't pass it. My suggestion is to make your website resppnsive, so that, your site remain fully functional for all kind of devices, from pc to mobile phones. Good luck
