Social Media Manager -This is an Ongoing Monthly Job

THIS IS AN ONGOING MONTHLY PAY JOB
We are looking for a long term outsource partner to act as our Facebook ads manager to help us in our National local e-com business.

We have been running Facebook ads by ourselves but considering the recent Facebook banning of ad account especially in the health niche and the fact that we need more time to focus on other things we decided to hire someone.

The kind of person we are looking for is someone who is willing to work with a start up and grow with them together considering our Target market is in Ghana West Africa.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE SKILLS AND CAN'T WORK WITHIN OUR MONTHLY BUDGET


What You Will Do

1. The person if hired should be able to help us in creating our sales page on instabuilder ( we will teach him if he doesn't know how to use it) or any other sales page builder he has access to
2. Write captivating ad copy for each product we sell that must meet Facebook TOS
3. Be able to understand our product and get us the right targeting that will give us positive ROI better than our previous results.
4. He should should have a Whats App number since we will be connecting more on that platform if he is hired.
5. He will be developing product videos and graphics for our products where appropriate
6. He should be conversant with Facebook Ads, meaning:

• understand Facebook TOS
• Be able to install Facebook Pixel
  
• Be able to properly warm the Pixel properly in the learning stage so that it can give good ROI
• Be able to do custom and look alike audience
• Be able to evaluate under performing ads and improve upon them

Requirements

You should have a proof of work that you are indeed proficient with facebook ads and can perform if selected for this work.

What You Will Do
