Script voting in an website, more than 1000 votes

I need +1000 votes in a page, the "Asgardia" elections, on my profile.
It would involve in create a script to create users to that site (https://asgardia.space/en/join) , and later vote for me on my page "https://asgardia.space/en/blog/candidate/18718-17556-please-vote-for-me/"
The price is negotiable... x$ for y votes could be... i need 1000 for start but I would buy more if I can afford the price.
