WTB Bot/script that messages users on Soundcloud

Hey,

I want a simple script that does two things:

1. Send messages to everyone that have commented on my track.
2. Send messages to followers.

This has to be safe, and therefor the messages should have a time interval.

I can also use iMacros etc...
