We are looking for someone who has a great experience in IP address manipulation - so that from any given computer we can spoof our IP to be that of any city in the world (North America especially). Note - we are not looking for country specific Ip address manipulation - we are looking at CITY BASED:
In simpler terms, if I am based in Toronto, Canada but I wish that any website that I visit thinks that I am in Montreal, Quebec - we would like to know how to do this.
and to give us all the possible options and ways this is done using different programs.
We are especially interested in using TOR or other higher level programs.
