Sitemap. Every time I read root directory I want to cry.

Help. I don't know what I've done.

I'm getting no page impressions or clicks. Alexa rank has crashed 245,000 in a couple weeks. I don't think this is related to Google Penguin update. Blogger rolled out new search preferences at that time and I think I messed something up.
