Python developer to complete API

We need a good Python developer to complete the implementation of a simple webservice API for LogicalDOC.
The API skeleton is already built https://github.com/OpenCode/logicaldoc the task is to implement the various methods, test them, and roll out a minimum of documentation to use the library.
