php or web based script for sending bulk emails like phplist

Hi,

I want to customize phplist . Or if you know any other such better php or web based software to send bulk mails I can go for that also.

I want mainly to send bulk mails and want all those features mentioned in phplist.

I want this to be done as soon as possible

I want that you install the software and do all require configuration.

As it is php related you should have enough knowledge of php.

I have already installed phplist but i want to customize it.
