someone to make me software

Hey folks,

I am looking for someone that will make me some desktop software. The kinds I am looking for. Are:
1. CRM or Contact Manger (can be small, to manage contacts with guest blogging, social media contacts, sales leads or the like. Doesn't have to do all)

2. Social Media Profile Manger (with or without automated posting)

3. Finance, Insurance or Mortgage Calculator

4. Site and Back Link Indexer (it should submit to pinging and or search sites for meta indexing.)

5. Member Database (to manage members of a non-profit association)

  I'm open to other software if you have already made it and I can put my logo on it.
