Developer - Coding Trading Indicator for Multicharts (Trading Platform)

I am looking for somebody who can coding and program the following.

The idea and end product is a TRADING INDICATOR to use on the trading charts.

Platform being used is Multicharts.

Just wondering if there is anybody out there who might be able to code this.
I can give you more information in regards to technical stuff etc.. But hopefully you will get an idea?
