My visitors can be able to upload their videos to my YouTube channel
I need 1 page form at my website petv.me. At this form we need: NAME, EMAIL, TITLE, DESCRIPTION, ATTACH FILE sections. Below SUBMIT YOUR PET VIDEO button I need link with Term and Condition.
After user uploaded video its appear some text like THANK YOU. YOUR VIDEO submitted successfully. API YoUtube can return link with uploaded video.
