The web app will allow the user to upload a PDF file with construction drawings. Then these files have a scale. For example: 1/4 inch = 1 foot.
We need to be able to draw linear measurements, area, and a few other types of measurements.
That's why I need someone who is a professional with canvas API or SVG.
