Looking for to Customer Service Agent fluent with Zendesk for a growing Consulting Company for Smart Home Devices.

General Responsibilities:
- Tier 1 Customer Service Agent: understanding the products/services offered, understand platform, and work with other agents.
- Lead Trainer on new agent/product training, Metrics/Reporting, Support documentation creation, Agent Schedules/Changes, Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy; Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Back-up Tier 1 Agent


Requirements

- all through our specified CRM portal
- English proficiency/ English Technical Terms knowledge; Other languages a plus
- Basic Network and Technical Computer Proficiency
- Familiar with Zendesk
- Agent must be set up with their own equipment (computer, reliable internet, headphones, etc)
- Preferred for Candidate in Dhaka.
