I would like to have a simple minimalist website design, which accepts payments from investors, before accepting payments they have to click on a box to accept terms, and after payment is processed thru (STRIPE) they will receive an email with the amount as a receipt, but it will say Shareholder certificate.

i just read out your job description. i think i can do it the finest way using strong php framework like laravel or symfony, which makes your system more secure. if you want i can generate pdf for your certificate system which will automatically attached with mail. i believe though it is a payment method system so security is a big issue
