Research Project

A. Question 1: What Areas of Law /Geographic Regions (“hubs”) have the Most Monthly Google Traffic of Individuals Looking to Hire a Lawyer?We need to find the geographic regions in the United States (cities and/or counties) that have the highest amount of searches (on Google) by individuals looking to hire a lawyer within a particular practice area each month. An example of the results may be as follows (the following is just an example of the type of information we are looking for and is not accurate data):

400 searches are made each month by individuals looking for a personal injury lawyer in Cook County

800 searches are made each month by individuals looking for a personal injury lawyer in New York CityWe need the above results for at least 50 cities and/or counties in the US for each of the following areas of law:

Bankruptcy - at least 50 counties/cities
Personal Injury (accident and injury) - at least 50 counties/cities
Medical Malpractice - at least 50 counties/cities
Family/Divorce Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Criminal Law/DUI - at least 50 counties/cities
Labor/Employment Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Business Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Tax Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Immigration Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Civil Litigation - at least 50 counties/cities
Social Security Law - at least 50 counties/cities
Real estate - at least 50 counties/cities

We also need you to identify any other areas of law that have high online traffic from individuals looking to hire a lawyer within a particular region that is not on the above list, if any.

It is very important that, to the extent possible, the data only reflects searches from individuals who are looking to hire a lawyer within the geographic area and within the particular area of law, or need legal advice (free or paid) or have a legal question.

We can refer to each geographic region identified for a particular area of law as a “hub”. For example, searches for a criminal lawyer in New York City would be one hub, searches for a criminal lawyer in Cook County would be a separate hub, searches for a family lawyer in Cuyahoga County would be a separate hub, etc.

B. Question 2: How Many Conversions Can We Expect to get from Each Hub Per Month?We want to set up a separate webpage for each hub. We want to generate traffic from the hub to the webpage associated with the hub. Thus, for example, we would have a webpage for the hub that covers individuals searching for criminal lawyers in New York City. We would generate traffic to the webpage (i.e. individuals searching for criminal lawyers in New York City would be directed to our webpage). Each time a visitor to the webpage completes the online form placed on the webpage we would count this as a “conversion”. What we need you to do is provide us with an estimate - based on your expertise, experience and an analysis of the data you collected – on approximately how many conversions we could generate to the webpage, on a month-to-month basis, after 1 to 3 months of optimizing the webpage If you could provide data and/or a rationale for your estimate that would be ideal.

C. Question 3: How Can we Find Affiliates Who Already Get Monthly Traffic from the identified hubs?We will recruit SEO specialists and affiliates to generate traffic from each hub to the webpage associated with the hub. For example, we will recruit SEO specialists and affiliates responsible for generating traffic to our webpage that is for individuals who are looking for a criminal lawyer in New York city.

We also want to recruit affiliate-partners who have websites that already generate traffic from our hubs. For example, if there is a blog website who obtains hundreds of visitors a month who are looking for a criminal lawyer in New York city, we would want to have that blog serve as an affiliate that generates traffic to our “New York City Criminal Lawyer” webpage.

We need you to either (a) show us how we can find websites that would make good affiliate partners for each hub or (b) go ahead and find the websites for us and provide us with evidence (i.e. traffic reports) that the websites would make good affiliate partners.

D. Need the same information for the Mortgage Broker Industry

We need the same information requested above for individuals seeking a mortgage broker in the US:

1. What hubs have the most traffic in regards to individuals looking for a mortgage broker?

2. How many conversions can we expect to get from each hub per month?

3. How can we find affiliates who already get monthly traffic from the identified hubs?

E. Need the same information for the realtor industry (i.e. real estate agents)

We need the same information requested above for individuals seeking a real estate agent in the US:

1. What hubs have the most traffic in regards to individuals looking for a real estate agent?

2. How many conversions can we expect to get from each hub per month?

3. How can we find affiliates who already get monthly traffic from the identified hubs?

F. Lead Generation Strategies

We need the clarification on how we can use the following strategies to generate conversions to our hub-specific webpages and how much it will cost us to use each strategy:

· Keyword based domain names
· Our own optimized sites and directories
· Article content and blogs
· Mobile marketing
· Social marketing
· Lead vendors
· Traffic vendors
· Online classified ad vendors
· Private Blog Networks
· “Grey hat” marketing tactics
· Any other strategies we don’t know about

G. Phone or Skype Phone Call

Once you have provided us with the above information, we would like to have a phone call or skype phone call to discuss the data and information you provided. Also, during the call, we will explain to you our business model and ask you to provide us with advice on how we can achieve the SEO/SEM/affiliate marketing objectives upon which are business model depends on. The call should be less than an hour.
