Data Entry work to collect email list

I'm looking for someone who can make a Email list of Music Blogs e-mails from HYPE MACHINE blog.

I need a list with official emails, name of blogger, blog site and / or website etc
For Hype Machine:

*all of the blogs details can be taken from this website*
The list is there on that link. (There are more blogs (2 more pages) when you click on "MORE GENRES>>"

I need all blogs / emails from the following GENRES:
DANCE/HOUSE/TECHNO/EDM/ELECTRONIC/ELECTROHOUSE/Electronica/Tech House/Swedish/Glitch/Industrial

This is the info I will need

NAME OF BLOG (TITLE) - e.g Stereogum
EMAIL ADDRESS -
NAME OF BLOGGER - e.g John Smith
GENRE(s)
Country - You can click on country name after clicking on genre to reveal list.



I will need the blogs divided into GENRES - e.g a separate FIELD for each genre - one for Dance, one for Electronic, one for House, etc.

SO

NAME OF BLOG (TITLE) - e.g Stereogum
EMAIL ADDRESS -
FIRST NAME OF BLOGGER - e.g John
GENRE(s)
Country - Germany

How I would like this info,,,,,,,

I want it in .csv available for importing to gmail and
in .xls with columns describing (1st - http adress of website, 2nd - e-mail, 3rd name of blogger, 4th genre, 5th Country the blog is from)
