link on specific websites, that have images and text under them linking to external sites

Hi,

I need to create links to our sites like links from the following URLs:
http://thecoal.club/contabilit%C3%...i-scommesse.html
http://casa.spiritdisease.net/snai-mobile-live/
http://sfondo.aluzdabiblia.net/sede-sky-milano/

If you see the anchor on those URLs that start with "download image....." (see image attached) those anchors link to external sites, can we place links on those URLs above ( i have more URLs), linking to our website? with the same anchors?
