Blog site setup and auto content

Create a blog on our existing Wordpress/Optimize press install. What we are looking for is someone who can help design our blog to be consistent with our current website (our niche is baby products).
Our current site is www.reillyrooz.com and the Blog should match the look and feel of this site .

Requirements

• Wordpress / optimize press already installed.
  
• Would like a few design ideas that are similar look and feel as our existing site.
  
• both blog and site must backlink
  
• ?Blog must be SEO optimized for core products on our existing website
  
• We would be looking at Auto content creation,
  
• social media buttons,
  
• opt in fields for our newsletter (autoresponder and social connect buttons - already available)
  
• Be able to publish text, picture and video of our own and auto content (need to admin approval of this content first).
  
• We would like our content of our newsletter to be generated from selected content from the blog.
