These are advertised as home page links on a PBN network, however, they are actually blogs on subdomains of Web 2.0 sites. So not really what I expected, but I guess for the cheap price it's ok. But these aren't sites that would pass a manual review, containing incomplete sample pages. And no image was included with the posts, so I wouldn't consider these high-quality sites.
