His business details came from Italy not US.If any business come from USA Then I will give definitely 100% LIVE LINKS.Before order this gig I told this buyer that I have 50 INTERNATIONAL CITATION SITES.He was agree Firstly I created 28 links among 42 sites.Rest of 14 sites will approve soon.I already give him more 7 links.Total 28+7=35(83%)out of 42.But I mentioned in my gig I will provide 80% links.Every buyer is very pleased with my service and gave 48 positive feedback on CITATION SERVICE.
