Feedbacks and Recommendations are used in two ways. First of all, a seller would appreciate positive feedbacks and good recommendations and that will also help the specific seller to get more clients further on during their journey. This will also help potential buyers to decide more easily if the specific seller are the best choice for them. All based upon your recommendation and/or feedback.
The second way feedbacks and recommendations are used are more or less the opposite of the above. You can choose to give the seller a negative feedback. Obviously this requires the seller to have delivered poor quality or anything else that makes a negative feedback accurate and in place.
Upon delivery of the service you can rate the seller and your experience and this is how you'll do that:
As you can see, I've already given this specific seller a positive review, but there's also other options here. I can leave both recommendations and/or review the service on SEOClerks forum.

It's always helpful to send a friendly reminder on order URL or via private message to remind the buyer to leave a positive rating if they are happy.
