How to place a mutual cancellation request to get back my 100% money?

I ordered someone's and he did not provided good results to me. I need 100% money back so I rejected the order. But I haven't got anything yet so I read some answers here do mutual cancelation but I do not know how to do so please help me.

You can ask the seller to cancel it mutually, or if the gig was not delivered as described you may contact support at [email protected].
Try to resolve it with the seller before you contact support and if the buyer has not delivered as promised, and not willing to refund you may contact support.. If you post more details it can be helpful and also help other members in future!
