STUCK ON THANK YOU SCREEN AFTER ORDER?

Hey i am stuck on the thank you screen every time I buy something and it still takes the money from my PayPal account but it doesn't pass that screen and i don't get to finish/submit my order this has happened multiple times i have lost up to $30 on this site help please?

You can Submit a Support Ticket with you Paypal Transaction ID at: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Mention the Date, Time with Paypal Payment Details along with the Item you supposed to Order.
You will get the Prommpt Reply from Seoclerks Billing Team.

Tips: When you Make a Purchase with Paypal, There is Button (Click Here if you Don't get Redirected)
Click the Button as you you reach to the Payment Successful Page and you will get Redisredted to Seoclerks with Order Successful Page.

no i submitted all the claims but seo hasnt responded yet to them. Im probably going to try and buy the service again after i get my money back if it doesnt work then i'll just find a new site to buy off of

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for your order to show up on the dashboard.

To find any recent orders, open a new tab and go to: https://www.seoclerk.com/orders

There you will see any INCOMPLETE order, that is an order which you have not started.

Click on that link and scroll down and fill in the seller requirements into the box.

The order will then be sent to the seller who can begin work for you.

If you are still unable to see your order on the Buyer's Dashboard after a hour, you should contact the support desk for assistance.
