Your account has some issues with Paypal. The mass payment was issued but rejected. I've added the money back to your account already and asked you to resolve any issues with Paypal before you withdraw again... but I fear you did not because you withdrew less than 10 minutes after I added the money back to your account and it was once again rejected.

It is possible that your PayPal address will not be eligible to receive money.

If you entered a wrong pp adress, then your money are gone.Be more carefull next time

If you entered right paypal, then there may be a little delay for new members (not sure) but usually its instant. Try contacting support team

May be your paypal account is limited, if yes you can contact to paypal customer support and if not you can contact to seo clerks support.. surely they will help.. admin is so helping

Perhaps you have a Limited Paypal account. If so, you CANNOT receive or send Payments.

OR, perhaps your funds are in Paypal, but they are "Pending" and won't show up in your "Available" Balance for 21 Days (sometimes 90 depending on your account)

I would contact Paypal, NOT SEOClerks.
