How do i make a instagram/twitter bot?

How can I make a instagram bots that, followers,liks. And A twitter bot that retweets, followers, and favroites tweets?
I am new to selling on here, and you can't really make a lot of money on SeoClerks if you dont have a bot?
I do not want to buy an expensive one though..
If anyone can help me out please.
