Hello, I need your help! I sold a service for YT views, likes, comments and subs, one of buyers cancelled his order, after I nearly did all my work on it, I over delivered likes and I still have 1 day and 10 hours deadline ! I asked him (her) what is the reason of cancellation but he never answered back!
Please help me, what can I do in this kind of situation and will I get negative rating after cancellation?

A buyer cannot just cancel an order so I would simply do as SEOClerks allows and just Reject it if you don't want to cancel it. Simple as that. Explain to the buyer that you're doing the work they ordered and that it's not fair to cancel without reason when you're close to finishing the work. In the politest way possible of course.
