What is feature?How to do this?

Hello, I am SEO Clerk Member and I am working to get my way up to Level 1 but I am having troubles on how to get my Service features so that I can get some more sales. So if anybody could lend me a hand and help me figure this out.What is rules and regulation.
please help anyone how to feature my Service.

Hii frnd.. u can feature ur service. You hav to follow these steps:
1. Click on ur gig
2.a page will open see on left side.
3.there will b some options in wich u find the option to feature ur service.
4.from there u will get the method to feature ur service.
Once u feature ur service it will remain on the 1st page of market place for 1 month n u can get more sales.
