Domain name is like a phone number. You can reach to a website using it, without it about nothing possible on Internet. You can buy and register a domain name going on a web hosting site like godaddy, hostgator, namecheap, bluehost...etc. To get more details on domain and its rule, visit official domain control website icann.org I would recommended you to see Wikipedia article for more details or on you local language Bangla.

Well just as the previous responders said you just have to visit a domain registrar online and enter the name or word or number you want as a domain into their search bar and search for it.
This is to ensure if the domain or your input is still available for register. However, before you register word(s) as a domain name there are factors you will need to consider which included but not limited to the following:
-easy to remember
-the traffic
-the keyword
Etc.
