I've noticed that every time I post a URL here on SEOClerks it doesn't turn into a clickable link. Why is that?
Do I need to use HTML code to make them clickable?

The reason links doesn't appear as clickable right away is because of spam protection. You can always make them clickable by doing what the below screenshots shows:
First of all, click on this icon:
When you see this, just enter the url and click "ok".
