Hello, I have a situation and not sure what to do, I hope you can help me.
I got an email that someone has purchased my service but the buyer never finalize his order. It is about 2 hours now after purchase. I inboxed him but never got any answer!
Please help, what should I do in this kind of situation?

There really isn't anything you can do in this situation. It is their order and they can get things going whenever they so choose. It does not effect you having them not reply, you can't do the Service as soon so you can't get paid as soon as that a negative but still not going to be a bad thing for you.
I have had orders go over a week or more before moving from 'Not Started'.
