Creating a new domain or buying an aged domain?

What's the best alternative to do?
I think it's better to buy an old domain with a generic name, which have already few months/years and start posting content and seo on it rather than creating a fresh domain? Am i right? I`m talking about money site, not any private network.
Also if you have any suggestions from where to get good aged domains.

Buying an aged domain is nice as it might have some good Page Rank already on there that will help you out a bit more and it may be a bit more well known but the 1 thing that I think is that buying a new domain will help you feel a bit more of an accomplishment when you make the domain popular along with the site. So I think that creating a new domain is a better choice then buying an aged domain.

Yes, you are right. aged domains are better if you are working on money sites since there are a lot of advantages which include page rank. except for brand names, aged domains are better. check deleteddomains.com

Buying a domain old is better. You do not need to work hard to get a good paga rank. In this site you will find millions of expired domains expireddomains.net I have found good domains with page rank 4 free

I think that buying an old domain as well as starting a new domain is up to you. If you get an old one, you would have all the page rank on there already, but If you buy a new domain you can customize it to your exact liking. It's up to you.

I will go for creating a new domain instead of buying an aged domain. Five years later my domain will also become an aged domain. The aged domain cost lots of money, however, you only spend around $10 for a dot com. Facebook.com is very high value domain, what was it before facebook was launched, zilch. Value of the domain can be created. It will take time but each domain will have a value.
