Even google is only PR9 a PR 10 website example is the US government! You won't get a backlink from them.

It is pretty simple, you can't!

Stay away from PR9 or PR10 website that promise cheap backlinks, all of them are fake pagerank, seems legit but they aren't!
Real PR9/PR10 aren't that much around the world and doesn't give any backlinks, especially not free

Impossible. Backlink from relevant PR10 actual page is probably worth more than 6 figures, so whoever offers that is a scammer.

Agreed with my all friends. PR -9 10 is Not possible.. if anyone have its mean he is using scripts to redirect someones pr at his/her website

Definitely impossible so just think about about PR4, 5, 6, or 7 pages. Even getting them will be difficult and most of them will not be for free.

Step 1. Get a Google email account: Joe Schmuck.

Step 2. Do a Google search for Google Profile and click on create my profile and fill in the about me stuff.

Step 3. You should be logged in with the email account you created in step 1.

Step 4. In the Short Bio box, create your backlink:
Joe schmuck is an SEO Expert ib Blog content promotion.
Include anchor text in the Bio:

Where (hxxp://nnnn) is the website you want to link. The 'SEO' should be undrescored & highlighted if you did it right.

Step 5. Click on the 'Create Google Profile' button.

Step 5. You can add other URL's too.

Step 6. Take a copy of your link to Digg, sign up with them and submit your Google
link that you just copied and it will move you up in the SERP.

If your objective is to get a quality backlink then it is best to find a very popular blogger that has thousands of regular readers and check on his latest blog. Post a very good comment there and some of his readers may click on your profile and go to your site. That is one quality backlink that you can make. You can also post on a very large forum although the chances of traffic is lesser than that of the blog’s.
