What are the best tools for seo reports?

Depends on what kind of reports you want. Excel will put together some OK data and you probably already have it. I've pulled many an AdWords account and formatted it in Excel. iBusiness Promoter makes thorough and good looking reports for clients. SEO Power Suite and WEB CEO also have some nice looking reports with good metrics. I think you can get a limited version of those softwares to try out for yourself too.
