What is the best About The Author plugin for WordPress?

I want to use an About The Author plugin for my self-hosted WP blog but I've already tried some of the available plugins but I just can't seem to find a good one. Can anyone suggest me a good plugin? Thanks.

On my first read, I seem to have missed this response. I just checked the link and found that the post mentions some author plugins. I am thinking to create a multiple user WordPress site and I need "about author" page, Thus I am looking for about author plugin.

I have never used a plugin for About Author. Instead, I always create About Author page and link this page with the post. I also have this page on the primary menu.
Are there any advantages of using a plugin instead of a page for your wordpress site?
