i have issue of custom offer send before starting order

Hello sir, please tell me when the client sends the message for work, before starting the work how I can send the custom offer? that can give me the protection of money.

Click the button "Custom Order" located on the right side of that conversation > select "Offer" > set price, duration & other details > This way you'd be able to send a custom offer.

the client send me the custom offer already, but the order is not showing in manage sale or total order placed in my service part

i accepted the order but the order is not shown in total order and managed the sale.

Order not showing in manage sales page means the client didn't pay for the order.

So, please wait before sending the work. Don't worry, your order countdown won't start until client finalizes the payment. Once the order become visible in sales page, you'd be able to send work through "Complete Order" function.

Because there're scam people who try to get work done without paying.
