Link indexing process

I have a question about the indexing process of links which can be bought here. I have to say that I have already ordered some service here within a month, although given that the total links is about 600 from all the orders...I have to say that Google only detects two of them, Bing 5, otherwise many online backlink checkers as ahrefs.com,.. are tracking a lot more, certainly 100, maybe a little less. Which naturally leads me to the question, does search engines as google even index wast majority of links you can get here? It looks like most of these links are ignored by search engiens, I mean I really doubt that little websites as ahrefs.com,..could track links better as Google...it is more likely to be true that search engiens simply ignore a lot of those links? Or do they need far longer to register them?
