You need to ensure that the service you purchase is guaranteed as all mine are.
That way you are protected, (unfortunately though it leaves service providers vulnerable too!)

If buyer cheating with you and if you have clear proof you can contact with support team. But possibility is very low if he buyer cheating with you to get protection.
