If you have contacted the buyer and they did not respond, unfortunately there is not much you can do.
If you feel the negative feedback was given unfairly, you might try contacting support and asking them to review your work versus the negative feedback, and ask tyhem to remove it.
In some cases, they can remove the negative feedback if they feel you really did do the best you could.
