I am member since 2012, become Level X5. helping this community as many ways i can ever since. I was looking to find out the way to survive even with current situation with payment system problems. I know it's not easy for Seoclerks with current problems, so i started spending more money here to support seoclerks and my business to survive. Buying boosts is OK with me, even i lost over 650 free boosts i had (over night)....

BUT it's TOTALY UNFAIR from Seoclerks to charge us for canceled sales. At the moment i am lossing more money then i am earning!!! I received invoce where i was charged for all services i sold, even for those which are canceled and which i already refunded to my customers who were buying via PayPal. So for canceled services of $18 or $35 i am still paying 10% to seoclerks and finishing with absolute LOSS where money was automatically withdrawn from my seoclerks balance without my permission or any review. NOT FAIR. NOT ETHIC, This is disaster!!!

I wish for Seoclerks to be strong again, but this is not the way we can survive. If this continue like this, i don't know why anyone should work here to lose money...... I am sooooo sad....

Seoclerks it self is becoming an affiliate website. Very bad decisions have been made without discussing with senior sellers many updates are done without notification. No buyer seller protection is available at the moment. Everyone is on his own. I dont understand what is happening but the contact outside definitely cleared many of my doubts and this platform is not going to grow rather loosing huge potential sellers. All senior staff is on back end and forwarding faces of sellers for communication totally unprofessional. I am telling again and again Focusing on gateways more and more is not the solution not temporary not permanent put that energy here by discussing with sellers. Right now Seoclerks is just saving its own business fixed fees and earning from featured and bumps. No new traffic mostly recurring buyers and affiliate sales so I am not sure if seoclerks is bringing traffic or all is just affiliate. I am also trying to survive losing more than making. But i wish they solve things fast and at least discuss with senior sellers once. I dont understand whats the point of adding contact us page or allowing contacting outside???? Seriously !!!! I never seen this on anyother platform in 10 years the staff is now replying with automated answers not sure whats happening but if this goes on few more weeks they will loose many sellers day by day. Hope everything gets fixed soon Seoclerks, this is NOT fair

Yeah, you are right, there is NO sellers protection any more. Last couple weeks i had some buyers who buy via PayPal and only minutes after purchase they are lodging refund request on PayPal, without canceling work at Seoclerks. So if you not aware, you can even deliver the work and refund request at PayPal is still there. Sometime you can win situation like that at PPal, but honestly it pain in the a**.

Other then that, 5% affiliate commission is shamefully funny. After 21+ Million of affiliate clicks i made trough my afiliate network and social media influence, I AM STOPPING all affiliate activities!!! I don't have time to waste.

Outside contact.... Hmmm i know that there was BIG fight against it for many years because people start using Seoclerks to get potential customers then asking them to arrange work on Skype and get paid directly to avoid paying fees to Seoclerks. Soooo SCAMMERS are more likely winning now and sadly i feel that seoclerks is going DOWN fast and deep...

The most probable these problems will be fixed in time (in months or maybe it will take longer than 1 year). Usually, when a very good business (like Seoclerks) has problems, its competitors are looking to buy it for very cheap money and then to close it (or sometimes to grow it).

I will not be surprised if a Seclerks rival company used its "influence" to get Seoclerks out of business relationship with PayPal.

Let's hope this business (Seoclerks) will not be bought and closed by Fiverr (because where Fiverr failed, Seoclerks succeeded due to Jordan and his team, who perfectly understood to better satisfy the needs of many sellers and buyers)...

After all... Seoclerks helped thousands of sellers and resellers to get an income, to build a better future... We should not forget this and the help of the Customer Support, who helped/assisted most of us to grow. Nothing is perfect and eternal in this world...

Let's hope Seoclerks will hire a good consultancy company to bury the current problems and to be a successful business model again (for staff, sellers and buyers).

True, we used Seoclerks to grow our business, but also Seoclerks made money on our own growth. Now it looks that Seoclerks have to survive even if we lossing money, and that is not going to happen, i contacted support desk and answer is that fees are not refundable. So I PAID $3.5 and $1.80 fees for services which i didn't do. Come onnnnn... Thats absolute FRAUD!!!!

How much money can you loose? a few tens or hundreds of dollars (but earned a few thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars in past years)? It's less than 0.01% per all your business revenue.

Do you think that staff would not like to restore the good times? It's not possible for now and it's easy to understand this. Let them time to try their best...

I already said that i was spending more money here to support current situation. But that's my will. Why should i loose 1 single dollar??? Soclerks charging me $3.50 for nothing!? So Seoclerks MUST survive and i don't???

if you feel OK with that, no problem. But i agree to pay commission on sale and DISAGREE to pay for nothing!!!

When i feel like spending money i will just category feature any of my services, but i can't approve stealing my money

Seoclerk is trying their best, though it's hard, but maybe not the correct way. What made seoclerk a seoclerk, made different from others; those unique features are being removed. And sales are already down & so far...

30% charge on balance payment is another unfair case, we noticed. Some countries don't support PP & Coinbase but most buyers use these methods. As a result, they must have to give up 30% of their each sale without even free boost facility. PP user can't even pay them.

Also after removing free boost, new knock reaches nearly zero. And we're still stick with SC expecting it'll be normal as before.

Since 'hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. I will be hoping that' seoclerk will be back with previous awesome features (20% charge, suitable affiliate commission, balance payment system, free boost etc.) to make it great again.

To clear one thing up. Seoclerks have right to charge even 70% comission if they want to, but we can accept or refuse to work here at all. But NOBODY have right to charge me even $0.00001 for canceled and refunded sale, because in that case it's not comission, it's called STEALING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

And here's the issue lies, people (no offence! not you, you're always active regarding any issue!) don't raise their voice until it gets against their self-interest (even including me! That's why I commented here) or just left the marketplace silently.

As far as I remember, sellers agreed to the marked terms during accepting seller fee & SC is doing their job now...the thing is we, the seller, need to survive altogether & community discussion is a good place for that, even for the sake of loving seoclerk.

Yes, they have messed up this platform, I lost hundreds of free boosts. Lost almost all of my clients during the unannounced upgrade. Now, to withdraw they are asking for verification, which I have sent to them days ago and still no reply. Here is messed up, they are spoiling people's business while trying to make money. It won't be long before everyone leaves here for good.

Worst platform ever now...

I agree 50/50 with you. It is big issue nowadays. You have lost free bump due to system change. It is really unavoidable! But we still talk with Jordan to reback free bump on conditionally. I hope you will see soon.

I know seoclerks selling fees 10% charged just after fill of $200. But it is not 100% automatically as you said. You can paid them any time until $20. Once paid $20 than it will start count with new invoice. Like you sale $20. Invoice will create instantly for $2, if you want to pay now for $2 manually, you can pay form anywhere according to payment gateways supported by seoclerks. If you do not pay manually and if invoice fee fill $20 again, than it will charged without notification after waiting another couple of hours. And it will charge to your balance.

As you exampled, canceled services of $18 or $35 i am still paying 10%. Yes it is true but for any cancellation of order seller still lose 10% more amount. But due to new payment gateway system, at this moment no better option than this one.
If you have any suggestion, let us know here. I will advise to Jordan. We all together can make this platform awesome again.

Check my other thread, one of company now agree to receive fund on behalf of seller. But ionicware no more liable for any issue, if you use their payment gateway.

OK since you ask i will explain, but personally i don't believe that Jordan care any more....

Let's make clear: What is commision? It's percentage of your sale, actually percentage of your profit! If your profit is ZERO and someone charge you fees on that, then IT IS NOT COMMISION, it's not even flat fee, because flat fee is fixed price and can't be percentage!!! Am i right?

Seoclerks have data which service is canceled. As long it's canceled, it means we (sellers) have to refund buyer, If they feel suspicious about some work cancelation they can ask for proof over support ticket, etc...

Commission on ZERO income can't be anything but ZERO!!! Any charge on zero income is robery. Or Seoclerks can introduce FLAT FEE (fixed price, per sale or monthly, whatever) and ask sellers to agree or to close their stores.

This way, as it is now, to keep store open, we are forced to agree to be robbed by fees even if it goes from our credit cards and even if we pay % interest rates on our credit card expenses. This option leads nowhere but to ABSOLUTE BANKRUPCY.

Scum buyers will not buy $1 service, they buying expensive services, keep our work done and get refund, while we are charged 10% for work provided and no income.

I don't know how long i have to write to make this clear and to make someone from seoclerks to fix this before we are all gone from seoclerks!!!???

Abid I think we are just wasting time writing unless if jordan really exist is available here to talk here to sellers directly. We both both know how it works. I am also fed up of writing again and again but sounds stupid I dont think they are even looking at these discussions. They just put new faces which might give hope to newbies because sooner or later they will understand our point. Although it's really disappointing I never expected this from staff that they will just become so greedy and left us all in dark and become so weak to use sellers for updates. We know where this is going better to get buckle up and search for a good option to work.

I already said to Jordan change to seller fee policy.
as possible to change term for seller fee, which now charge as a advance. All sellers want it after order completed. and If any order cancel, fee will not apply on that particular order. Once complete it, you will make charge on it and user must to pay within 24 hours, either it will apply automatically on the balance. If balance in sufficient, service will be restricted or inactive. After make it paid again, service will immediately reactive automatically.

I hope this may best for seller fee policy!

One thing, most user-facing payment gateway issue and they need to pay seller fees by their suitable way if don't have any balance in their account.
So, the user must pay within 24 hours, it is a short period for a new seller.
Please Suggest to Jordan to make this time at least 72 hours

Yeah, this is fair enough but at least give us 72 hours. Do one more thing, please tell Jordan we want free boost again. I lose 250+ free boosts overnight. This is the best way to get orders easily for new sellers like me.

Also please tell him to reduce the 30% commission and make it 20% like before. That's how this platform will grow again like it was before.

I got charged a 10% fee for an order several days ago that the buyer never even started, so I couldn't do the order or even cancel it, but I still got charged! LOL

A fee should only be charged on completed orders!

so what about other 90%? you still do not started work but got fund 90%. Why you are not talking with this benefit! Notify to buyer for update there order via inbox. Buyer paid you not for cancellation. so why you are thinking before they took negative step?

What 90%??? I obviously have to refund the money, as the order cannot be completed, and, of course, I contacted the buyer via inbox, but no response. I don't know why buyers sometimes place orders and then don't follow through, but it does happen sometimes. I would normally contact support and Beverly would remove the order for me, but I know the staff is overwhelmed right now, so I won't bother them.

The point still remains that I shouldn't be charged on an order that can't be completed. You think I should be? Really????

I started a discussion about this same issue over a month ago and several persons, whom I now found out works for SEOclerks were very defensive and thought it was not unfair. I foresaw this problem from the inception and unfortunately it has finally happened to us, where a buyer completed an order yesterday with no complaints then went to PayPal today and requested a refund. The issue with buyers filing refund claims from the original source has been ongoing for a very long time and SeoClerks has been aware of it. Some buyers see this as a opportunity to get sellers products or services for free and would create new accounts to do this to multiple sellers. When a situation like this happened in the past SeoClerks would have to fight the case on PayPal, which I don't believe they do because the seller always loses in such instances. So, in the past when this happened the seller would not get paid and as a result SeoClerks wouldn't receive any commission. Now, SeoClerks has taken itself out of the losing equation or rather the equation of no-gain because they had nothing to lose, unlike the seller who did all the work.

EXACTLY, this is highway robbery! I actually like the fact that I can defend my own case on PayPal but that in itself takes weeks to resolve and most of the times PayPal will give it in favor of the buyer which is unfortunate. My services that are average $175 and custom order $200-300, I have to pay $20-30 for cancelled/refunded orders. In just 5 cancelled orders, I could lose $100-150. I have top experience when it comes to scam buyers here, earlier this year, I had about 8 scam buyers, now if that same were to happen again, my earnings would be in minus.

I see no future of Seoclerks if this goes on. Same Still cannot believe staff would left thousand of sellers like this with lame excuses and putting new faces for updates and hiding behind. Very disappointing at least they should be man enough to face us when they are charging us. Many sellers are silent i think they are afraid that if the speak again seoclerks their account might get banned. I think community discussion is for discussing problems we also want the same that seoclerks get back to normal but unfortunately i am loosing hope day by day. I dont see staff anywhere now even ticket replies sounds automated and scripted Seoclerks, this is NOT fair
