If the order is taking longer and still in progress, you can communicate with the seller and asking for an update. If the update is not satisfactory, You can request mutual cancellations. This way you can get a refund.
If It Requires a manual refund, ask the seller to issue the refund as you are not willing to take the service anymore.
If you both can't solve the matter, you can reach the support team. They will help you to get a refund.
