$1 services for level 1 be active i already exists??

i m a user at level 1 and most of my services are of $1..
will they be active??

Previous $1 services will not be removed but you can't add any more until you level up. You should really level up.

I don't think so. The user level guide (refer to the link posted by faisalali above) says you can't create services for less than $5.
