So I've just received my first PayPal dispute because an order was not created on here when the buyer paid by PayPal. The buyer never bothered to try and contact support about it on here first nor try and contact me about it. They just went straight to PayPal and opened an item not received dispute! I've sent them a message on PayPal dispute page about it and they did initially respond. I told them that I'll get staff here to manually create the order for them. And politely asked them to close the dispute down. However they're not responding now.. Hmmm.. This is not cool I don't want to start getting PayPal disputes because if you get too many overtime it can have an adverse affect on your account. An order should be created automatically when the buyer pays for a service by PayPal shouldn't it? Is this something that they're going to make happen? I hope so as I don't want this to happen again!

What I don't like is that it isn't always obvious where the sale is from, as the Paypal receipt just gives a series of letters and numbers instead of saying "Purchase from Seoclerks from buyer XYZ for the service....". The way it is now is way more confusing than it should be. That's exactly the reason why SC has a problem with using Paypal, as their account had too many disputes from all the daily transactions, so now the seller has to deal with them directly. However, it should still create the order here. I've never had that problem, but it could be due to all the outside sites that bring in buyers that maybe aren't connected to the new system.
